A member of the Canadian Guild of Stage Directors and Choreographers as well as a two-time Dora nominated artist who has worked with megastars like Rihanna, Drake, Janelle Monae, Nelly Furtado and Arcade Fire to historic brands like Holt Renfrew, Coca-Cola, TIFF, Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto Raptors, and more.

Black Stars quickly made a name for themselves from dancing for FIFA Canada, WestJet, Afrofest, and French Montana on Live with Kelly and Ryan in Niagara Falls. In 2019 the company was amongst the Canadian Contingency that included the Honourable Dr. Jean Augustine travelled to Ghana to perform for Panafest, a Ghanaian festival that honours the mass tragedy of the transatlantic slave trade. The festival honours the mass tragedy of the transatlantic slave trade and Their performance was received by local chiefs, international dignitaries and Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo
