My closing keynote conversation at ESOMAR Congress as they celebrated 75 years in the market research industries. I came in to do a closing keynote speech about shadeism with representatives of over 125 companies from over 25 countries worldwide. I am grateful to share my voice with folks from around the world on this global conversation of shadeism. I have spent years in this topic as it has affected me personally and witness often in the entertainment industry.
